Public and private educational institutions can benefit from special offers. When an institution purchases at least one Education license, this includes the creation of a PaneoVR organization for managing accounts and devices and presenting the PaneoVR Player Apps. Scenario access rights can also be assigned individually or in blocks to specific people or groups. Trainees, students, and other users of the scenarios can use Community accounts within the organization to access all advanced features when working with scenarios created using Education-licensed accounts. Only “Creator” accounts therefore receive the higher-tier license, while use of the content itself is not limited.

Annual licenses are purchased one year at a time and can be renewed after each term; there is no minimum commitment beyond the current annual term. The system notifies users 2 months before expiration.
