The 2.1 Spring Update is now available and improves many of the features introduced in version 2.0. In particular, handling of audio elements and the new modules has been improved. We are also introducing a new interaction element, „Passcode“, which checks free-text input – particularly for specified values or passwords.

All versions:

• New interaction element: Passcode – Create free-text checks – particularly for specified values or keywords
• Multiple audio elements can now optionally interrupt one another (for example, when narration should stop when a new audio element is selected)
• Controller-free controls are now available, allowing interaction using head movement only
• Folders created in the Editor are now also shown as directories in the players
• iOS and Android apps are now available without restrictions

Professional versions (Basic/Education/Enterprise):

• Direct playback links: In addition to creating direct playback links, users can now enter „join codes“ in the Player apps (except Windows/Max), so they no longer need to open the link indirectly, especially on VR headsets.
• Projects can now be given their own color scheme (in the respective project settings), enabling a scenario-specific color pattern for interaction buttons and other interface elements independently of any organization or default settings.
• Player: Within an organization, scenarios can now be grouped by classroom (as an alternative to grouping them by personal folder, allowing general categories to be created)
• Editor: Real-time collaboration on projects with multiple users

• Player Editor: Configured starting rotations are now always saved correctly during scene changes in edit mode
• Editor: Improved module text color in light mode
• Editor: New projects now receive a current timestamp when created
• Editor: Added an automatic queue when too many media uploads are running in parallel
• Remote Control: Fixed a synchronization error affecting the online account status display within an organization
